We are seeking an experienced UK-Qualified English Teacher to join our team at a specialist school dedicated to empowering students navigating social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons designed to build core English skills in students with SEMH needs.

Your Role

">

As a GCSE English tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEMH needs. You will use trauma-informed practices to create a safe and supportive learning environment and collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Benefits Package

">

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in trauma-informed practices and specialised support strategies for working with SEMH students.

Working Conditions

">

This is a temporary position with the option to become permanent. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. We undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
