Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Alderley Edge Hotel, part of the JW Lees group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Head Housekeeper in their absence
  • Conduct regular room checks to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Place orders for housekeeping supplies and linens
  • Inspect public areas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Assign tasks and duties to the housekeeping team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to achieve our goals
