Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial management reporting and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial management reporting processes and tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish financial reporting requirements and solutions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Standardize financial reporting processes and procedures across the European business.
  • Work closely with the finance system team to establish best practices and simplify processes.
  • Build a single version of the truth for financial reporting.
  • Define and drive self-service reporting across business units through standardized reports.
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets, including working capital and capital expenditures.
  • Consolidate financial data from sites into a standardized pack for leadership teams.
  • Complete finance management packs and leadership packs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational or FMCG environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management principles.
  • Ability to travel to visit all sites, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with consolidation of financial reporting, preferably using SAP, Anaplan, or BI tools.
  • Qualifications in accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a university master's degree (MSc/MBA) are highly desirable.
