ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Creative Director to lead our Fragrance and Personal Care team at Coty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, particularly in the area of fragrance and personal care, and will be able to develop and execute creative strategies that drive growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for Fragrance and Personal Care brands, including packaging, in-store, and social media assets.
  • Work closely with the SVP Creative and brand team to ensure all omnichannel touch points adhere to and convey the license brand equity and vis-ID.
  • Partner with third parties outside of Coty to create and develop new fragrance concepts and packaging designs.
  • Lead on pack design development, partnering with third parties outside Coty.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Deep beauty expertise in fragrance & personal care, with a large emphasis on an elevated prestige aesthetic.
  • Highly experienced and comfortable working with A-list celebrity talent, top level director and photography talent.
  • Excellent Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) skills.
  • Digitally literate and culturally plugged in.
  • Able to travel, globally.
