Exciting Opportunity in Housing Department

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Disrepair Surveyor and assist in handling Disrepair cases. This is a key role within our Housing Department, where you will be responsible for conducting site inspections and investigations to produce detailed specifications of works using the national schedule of rates and composite values.

About the Job:

  1. Conduct site inspections and investigations to identify disrepair issues;
  2. Produce detailed specifications of works using the national schedule of rates and composite values;
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective resolution of disrepair cases.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, surveying);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with the national schedule of rates and composite values.
