We're First Central Insurance & Technology Group, an innovative insurance company that protects customers' belongings. Our data-driven approach fuels our distribution, finance, technology, and legal services. We're looking for a Data Architect to join our technology and data teams.

This role involves developing technical capabilities to enhance our Enterprise Data technology, providing architecture and design services to multiple projects. You'll manage an Enterprise view of data consumption and production, providing data expertise into projects executed by the Technical Delivery Function.

As a key member of our team, you'll support a team of Developers in delivering technical solutions through a common approach to data and a common data model. You'll engage with key stakeholders such as developers, engineers, information security, and data security.

You'll work with the wider Architecture team to ensure Solutions support the architectural direction of our technology plan. You'll design and produce supporting documentation to enable the business to effectively utilise its data.

This role requires strong stakeholder skills, capable of influencing clients and selling the capability of the team in client-vendor relationships. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good time management and organisation skills.
