About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Manager to join our team at XMA. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key customers across the public sector, including local government and NHS accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue streams.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to develop new client relationships and build on existing ones.
  • Manage the overall customer relationships across the public sector, focusing on retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the public sector, including local government and NHS accounts.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience selling IT services and solutions into the public sector.
  • Strong understanding of the public sector market and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular travel to customer sites.
