About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Learning Support team as a SEND Transition Coordinator. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their parents/carers to support their transition to Uxbridge College.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition process.
  • Provide guidance and support to students and their families to help them navigate the college's systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Support team to ensure that students receive the necessary support to achieve their academic and personal goals.
