Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, resulting in excellent student outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective learning plans and schemes of work, ensuring student progress and achievement.
- Monitor and record student progress using College information systems, providing timely feedback and support.
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching practices, ensuring a high-quality student experience.
- Engage with parents and carers through regular meetings and communication, promoting student success and well-being.
Requirements
- Hold a Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrate high-level specialist knowledge of the subject area, with a passion for delivering engaging and effective teaching practices.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Be willing to participate in training and professional development opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
