Store Leadership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Manière De Voir's flagship store on Oxford Street, London.
As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with style trends, manage inventory, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting high standards for the team.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with style trends and ensure the store is visually merchandised to appeal to customers.
- Manage stock levels, maintain accurate records, and report any discrepancies.
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure effective inventory management and minimize stock loss.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and drive foot traffic to the store.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
