Job Title: Presentation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Presentation Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials and senior-level presentations using MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce marketing materials and senior-level presentations using MS Office to an advanced level
  2. Provide presentation support to seniors in our client's markets business
  3. Work closely with presentation specialists and designers in the Presentation Design Department, benefiting from ongoing training and support
  4. Contribute to the production of creative PowerPoint output and visual solutions
  5. Ensure all materials adhere to branding standards
  6. Complete necessary administrative tasks for accurate work billing and job tracking
  7. Maintain quality control of your own work
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of presentation support in a corporate, service-oriented environment, preferably within a financial institution
  2. Bachelor's degree, Diploma, or equivalent experience
Skills:
  1. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  2. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (ie, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional)
Competencies:
  1. Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy
  2. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills (oral and written)
  3. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  4. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong decision-making and prioritisation abilities
  6. Willingness to follow processes and procedures
  7. Creativity and a sound understanding of presentation design and layout principles
