Job Description

We're looking for a highly organized and flexible individual to join our team as a Founders Assistant. As the right-hand person to our Founder, Penny, you'll be responsible for managing her time, ensuring her focus is on the most important tasks that will enable us to scale.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Managing Penny's diary and ensuring her time is utilized effectively
  • Supporting Penny across a wide range of activities, from research and systems & tech to marketing and people operations
  • Managing all day-to-day operations of the business internally, from onboarding new staff to ensuring our systems are up to date and utilized effectively
  • Researching and market mapping, as well as redesigning our external processes to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers

We're at a critical stage in our journey, and your role will be crucial in ensuring we're set up for success as we scale from 5 to 10+.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with transferable skills, who can deal with difficult situations, manage stakeholders, and manage complex projects. You'll need to be highly organized, flexible, and motivated, with a passion for creating order out of chaos and solving problems.

You'll be our Founders right-hand person, so it will require someone who is super commercial, organized, smart, trustworthy, and flexible. We want creators, builders, those who have ideas and who want to contribute.

Interest in the world of People / Talent / Operations / Marketing, Executive Search / Recruitment and Tech / Start-ups is a must. Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient with Excel, MS 365, Social media.

Affinity with our company values of Authenticity, Curiosity, Inclusivity, Bravery and Excellence is essential. Positivity, enthusiasm, and no ego are a must. Even our Founder has to get her hands dirty doing administrative tasks if they just need to get done. If you're precious, this won't be the right role for you.

Why This Role?

You'll get to work directly with our Founder, Penny, having unique insight into how a small business runs. You'll also have exposure to working with Founders from various start-ups. This is a hugely varied role – you'll definitely never be bored. You'll be covering everything from marketing, operations, sales, systems & processes, people, pitching, so you'll have countless opportunities to learn and develop.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, we are proudly non-corporate and we like to have fun. We are passionate about working as a team, giving and receiving feedback, and continually learning from each other.

What We Offer

Salary: £25k-£35k

Location: London / Hybrid (2 days a week in Soho)
