About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gynaecological Oncologist to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. As a Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive gynaecological cancer service to patients in Coventry, Warwickshire, and the former Arden Cancer Network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to provide a high-quality gynaecological cancer service
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive service plan to meet national strategic targets
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and efficient care
  • Participate in the gynaecological on-call rota and contribute to the development of the Centre
  • Ensure high-quality services are provided in accordance with national standards

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited subspecialty training program in gynaecological oncology
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel and participate in on-call duties
