About the Team:
Our finance team plays a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. We are committed to maintaining robust financial health, optimizing profitability, and delivering exceptional value to our stakeholders. Our goal is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
About the Role:
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage the consolidation of financial statements for all entities within the group, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including tax filings and statutory accounts, to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns, including quarterly estimates, to maintain compliance with tax laws.
- Prepare and submit Value-Added Tax (VAT) and other sales tax returns for relevant jurisdictions to ensure accurate tax compliance.
- Coordinate and manage group audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
Candidate Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
