About the Team:

Our finance team plays a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth. Our goal is to empower the company with accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

About the Role:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Manage the consolidation of financial statements for all entities within the group, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
  • Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure all financial reporting complies with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including tax filings and statutory accounts, to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
  • Prepare and file corporate tax returns, including quarterly estimates, to maintain compliance with tax laws.
  • Prepare and submit Value-Added Tax (VAT) and other sales tax returns for relevant jurisdictions to ensure accurate tax compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage group audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify financial and operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
