We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Cover Teacher to support Primary Schools in the South Gloucestershire area.

The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and be able to work flexibly in a range of classrooms.

As a Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching pre-planned lessons across years 3 to 6 and working closely with the class Teaching Assistant to provide support for SEND children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Differentiating and adapting lessons to meet the needs of all children.
  • Communicating effectively with other Class Teachers.
  • Working closely with the class Teaching Assistant to provide support for SEND children.
  • Having a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Building relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
  • Being flexible to teach throughout all KS2 classrooms.
