Automotive Refinisher

Job Title: Automotive Refinisher

We are recruiting an experienced Automotive Refinisher to join our team at The Recruitment Bunker. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with high-end vehicles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paint high-end vehicles to a high standard
• Prepare the bodywork of the car ready for paint
• Prepare vehicles, apply masking and polish
• Observe all health and safety precautions and regulations and make use of all PPE
• Prepare paint spraying equipment
• Maintain and clean equipment and working areas
• Store paints in the correct conditions
• Manage inventory of paints and equipment
• Learn and apply Liquid Paint Protection Films in clear and colour format
• Mask relevant panels prior to paint

Requirements:

• Must be a confident and highly skilled Paint Sprayer with a minimum of 3 years' experience working to a high standard of finish
• Ability to prep, mask and polish
• Team Player
• Be comfortable working on vehicles of high value
• Ability to paint vehicles to a high standard
• Good understanding of colour, colour matching and characteristics of various coatings and finishes
• Must be well organised and have great time management skills
• You must hold a full clean UK driver's license and be willing to meet tight deadlines by working additional hours where required
• Must have full rights to work in the UK
