Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee all factory processes, ensuring smooth operations across production, quality, cost, and on-time delivery to customers.
  2. Liaise with customers in partnership with the Commercial Manager to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.
  3. Be a source of knowledge and support to people across the business, leading by example and setting the standard.
  4. Develop and implement effective cost management strategies, improving margins and reducing costs.
  5. Utilize Excel to analyze data, gain insight, and visualize it for the team to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Significant documented experience managing costs, improving margins, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with main Office 365 packages and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Experience working in a business with less than 200 employees.
