Key Responsibilities- Oversee all factory processes, ensuring smooth operations across production, quality, cost, and on-time delivery to customers.

- Utilize Excel to analyze data, gain insight, and visualize it for the team to make informed decisions.
- Significant documented experience managing costs, improving margins, and reducing costs.
- Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with main Office 365 packages and ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience working in a business with less than 200 employees.
