Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service performance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
- Membership of the British Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Postgraduate level study in relevant subjects or equivalent.
- Experience of leading and managing a team, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and service performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
