Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a facility in Birmingham, Alabama. As an LPN with YesCare, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the assessment and development of patient care plans, as well as provide direct basic care to assigned patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments
  • Participating in interdisciplinary care planning
  • Delivering patient-centered care that meets individual needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  1. Hold a current LPN license in the state of Alabama
  2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
About This Opportunity
