Compassionate Registered Nurse for Outpatient Care

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team at KIMS Hospital in Sevenoaks. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our dynamic outpatient department, providing high-quality care to patients on a flexible basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and stakeholders alike. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for supporting consultants, undertaking procedures including wound care, phlebotomy, plastering, and minor ops.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a strong and motivated Registered Nurse who has the ability to easily engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. You will be working bank shifts between Monday and Friday, enjoying a competitive hourly rate, plus winter pressures enhancements and holiday pay.

  • Be able to demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions, working within the NMC code of conduct.
  • Assess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient needs.
  • Act as role model, promoting a learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care.
  • Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
