Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our property maintenance team in West Central London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and breakdown maintenance of electrical infrastructure and systems/equipment
  • Subcontractor inductions and site access management
  • Executing works requested by the Site Manager
  • Reactive calls with contractual SLA adherence
  • PPMs and eLogbook updates
  • Achieving AP status for assigned sites
  • Familiarity with plant and systems
  • Daily reporting and event documentation
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance
Requirements
  • Recognised apprenticeship or City & Guild NVQ level 3 minimum - Electrical
  • Client relationship experience
  • Knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems
  • IOSH Working Safely certification and Confined Space Training
