Job Title: Clinical Nurse Educator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing the education and training plan for our centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and professional individual to develop their skills and progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support the education and training needs of the clinical healthcare workforce.
• Contribute towards the delivery of the strategic aims and objectives set out in the organisational Clinical Education Strategy and Framework at the designated Service.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise and credibility in clinical practice by being a role model at all times.
• Participate in the development of policies and guidelines within the service.
• Support the delivery of any research being carried out in the centre and across the organisation to promote evidence-based practice and quality service delivery.

Requirements:
• Educated to degree level (level 6 or working towards).
• Registered Clinical Professional (registered with NMC, HCPC).
• Evidence of Practice Supervisor/Practice Assessor training.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Experience in a clinical role in specialist healthcare.
• Working knowledge of training needs analysis, planning and facilitation of adult based learning, mandatory and priority training requirements, different learning styles and application in delivering education and training.
• Working knowledge of clinical assessment skills for clinical non-registered and registered staff.
• Skilled in coaching and supporting staff and volunteers, appraisals, inductions, mentoring and preceptorship.

Relocation opportunity:
