Master Craftsman

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Specialist to join our team at We Are Workforce Ltd. As a key member of our reinstatement team, you will play a crucial role in restoring homes damaged by fire and flood.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our strip-out team to ensure that the initial stripping process is carried out sympathetically, taking into account the property's condition and any necessary repairs.

Once the property has been stripped, you will return to install new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and other essential features, working alongside a team of individual trades who will focus on tasks such as plastering, decorating, and carpentry.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Ceramic tiling: installing tiles on floors and walls">
• Plumbing: stripping back copper pipes and reinstalling them in single rooms">
• Kitchen units: removing and installing new units">
• Carpentry: fitting laminate flooring, hanging doors, and scribing architrave">

We offer full-time direct employment, with holiday entitlement increasing with service (up to 5 extra days after 5 years). You will also have access to a company vehicle and fuel card, as well as training opportunities to develop your skills.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
