Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, concept and scheme design reports, and design calculations, applying professional engineering knowledge and skills.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Provide support, training, and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical design experience in a structures design consultancy office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Eurocodes and ability to apply professional engineering knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
