Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on their experience in the compressed air industry. Additionally, the company offers a bonus scheme, company car, and 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays. With a focus on work-life balance, this role is ideal for those who value flexibility.

About the Role
This key position involves managing a number of accounts for compressed air equipment via distribution channels. The Agricultural Sales Professional will be responsible for generating new business by selling compressed air products and services. They will also maintain existing relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales service through close collaboration with the Service Department. Regular travel across the South UK is required for customer visits.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, or similar within compressed air or industrial engineering.
  • Compressor Service Engineers looking to transition into a sales role are encouraged to apply.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable global compressed air manufacturer.
  • Fully clean driving license and willingness to work remotely with regular travel.
