Preservation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Specialist to join our team in Scotland / Central Belt. This is a permanent position that requires occasional travel throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Damp and timber treatment – Dry Rot, Woodworm and Damp Proofing
  2. Waterproofing and 1st and 2nd fix joinery
Requirements:
  1. Able to drive with a clean licence
  2. Aware of potential safety risks at all times
  3. Interested in property preservation
  4. Willingness to learn
  5. Flexible
  6. A Team Player
  7. Enthusiastic and motivated
  8. Be a CSCS card holder or willing to work towards
  9. Possess an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in joinery or relevant trade and/or appropriate building experience

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
