Job Overview:

At Manpower UK Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operative with strong technical skills to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, measuring and recording data, and informing supervisors of any issues.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong focus on quality control and safety protocols. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery and equipment to produce aerospace components
* Measure and record data to ensure quality control
* Inform supervisors of any issues or concerns
* Collaborate with other teams to achieve production goals

Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong technical skills, including soldering and numerical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum. This salary is an estimate based on the location and industry.
