We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

Your primary focus will be on making outbound calls to support our national field sales reps, developing accounts, and maximizing sales. With a proven track record in proactive sales, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with field sales reps to grow and maximize existing accounts
  • Making outbound telephone calls to follow up on warm leads, quotes, and build customer relationships
  • Ensuring regular phone contact and field sales visits, coordinating and arranging appointments for the field sales reps
  • Following up on actions from face-to-face visits and liaising with the internal sales/customer services team to ensure quick customer responses
  • Updating customer/prospect information on our software system and inputting relevant notes and call records

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in proactive sales
  • A friendly and approachable phone manner, with excellent rapport-building skills
  • Persistence and a results-driven attitude
  • A proven track record of successfully meeting KPIs over the phone
  • Experience with CRM software
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive package, including a salary of £35k-£55k+ (including bonus), uncapped bonus, training, free lunch, pension, and 25 days holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday.
