We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our interventions program within the Justice Hub.

The Role:

As our Interventions Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our interventions, aligning them with best practices and national standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance & Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance intervention engagement, effectiveness, and accessibility.
  • Staff Support & Development: Provide guidance and training to staff to build confidence in intervention collaboration efforts.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Promote intervention updates and ensure materials are accessible to all working groups.
  • Service User Involvement: Facilitate focus groups to ensure interventions address diverse service user needs.
  • Project Management: Manage intervention projects, ensuring robust completion and a comprehensive learning experience.
