Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced Associate Legal Counsel to join our team at Talon UK. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business across a broad range of commercial, technology, regulatory, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business teams on commercial contracts, intellectual property, and advertising law.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with our senior management team to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • UK qualified solicitor with at least one year's experience in-house or private practice.
  • Experience in media and/or advertising law is desirable.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across functions.
