Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Don Thomson House Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Encourage residents to participate in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements
