About the Unit Management Lead
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Unit Management Lead, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service unit. This includes supervising staff, managing resources, and ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served to agreed standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, including preparation, cooking, and serving of food
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage resources, including stock, equipment, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

About You:
We are looking for an experienced manager with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Unit Management Lead, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. You will also have good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Salary and Benefits:
