Electrical Construction Manager Job Description

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our high-profile data centre construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations to ensure high standards of quality and safety
  • Drive efficiency in all electrical construction activities
  • Continuously improve safety measures and housekeeping standards for all sub-contractors
  • Manage Project Quality: Collaborate with the QA Manager to maintain the highest standards of electrical work quality
  • Schedule and Resource Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring labour requirements are met and progress is tracked effectively
  • Oversee Sub-Contractors: Manage sub-contractor activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project specifications

Requirements:

  • Relevant Electrical Qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment; data centre experience is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, ensure high-quality work, and maintain safety standards
