Sales and Events Co-ordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Events Co-ordinator to join our team at The Honourable Society of Gray's Inn. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to effectively assist in planning regular internal events
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with all aspects of venue marketing, including social media strategies and marketing plans
  • Keep up to date all online listings and assist with managing subscription renewals
  • Follow up on all enquiries within 24 hours and record in the system
  • Be responsible for sales administration
