**Salary & Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is £40-£45 per day, paid using the PAYE system. As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will also benefit from pension contributions, social events, and opportunities for professional development through CPD programs.

**Job Responsibilities**

We are seeking a passionate and patient individual to support pupils with a wide range of additional needs and abilities in specialist provisions around Neath Port Talbot. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who face barriers, possess strong communication skills, and be able to motivate and engage students.

**Key Requirements**
