Job Title: Apprentice Commercial Vehicle Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of internal vehicles to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Carry out all work in accordance with manufacturer's scheduled times to maintain productivity and quality.
  3. Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilized in line with industry standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Be aware of the importance of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are consistently met.
Requirements:
  1. Qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  2. At least 2 years' experience working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar) with a strong understanding of technical knowledge.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  4. Good technical knowledge and ability to work without supervision.
  5. Ability to take responsibility for the quality and quantity of work.
