About the Role

A senior analyst on the Digital Insights content team will play a key role in helping brands and retailers drive digital transformation and become leaders in e-commerce. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry and be able to leverage data and research to drive insights and recommendations.

This includes identifying future growth opportunities and best practices for executing on those opportunities. In addition to contributing to research on the Flywheel Digital subscription portal, senior analysts are essential to commercial success, supporting client renewal and new business activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and produce high-quality, data-driven reports using primary research and subject matter expertise, with a focus on digital commerce industry topics.
  • Ownership and delivery of thought leadership content to support the core Digital Insights platform.
  • Collaborate with the Research Director to plan and schedule content according to client needs and industry trends.
  • Monitor and interpret retailer, industry, and macro-economic developments to improve data forecasts and coverage.
  • Represent Flywheel Digital through presenting research to clients and prospects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
