Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care professional to lead a 2-bed home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Disorders. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will lead and develop a team of care staff to provide high-quality care tailored to the individual needs of each child. Your role will include:
- Leading and developing a team of care staff.
- Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations.
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the home.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations.
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
