Portfolio Payroll is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to lead their payroll function on a permanent basis.

Job Description:

This is a senior-level role that requires a strong understanding of payroll processes, including start-to-finish payroll, HMRC reconciliations, and P11d's and PSAs administration.

You will be responsible for managing a team of payroll professionals and leading the development of the payroll function to ensure it meets the needs of the business.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external agencies.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the payroll function to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement effective payroll processes
  • Manage a team of payroll professionals
  • Oversee HMRC reconciliations and P11d's and PSAs administration
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
