RISC Field Technician Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled RISC Field Technician to join our team in Cambridge. As a RISC Field Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out technical activities in relation to proactive works on the wastewater network across the Anglian Water region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clearing blockages in transferred and public sewers
- Serviceability and structural investigations using CCTV equipment
- Recommendation and installation of level monitors in manholes
- Identifying and suggesting repairs in line with project objectives
- Customer interactions on public and private properties
- Reporting using a number of digital platforms, namely the Network Intelligence tool.
- Undertake activities in order to minimise disruption to local residents and meet the contract KPIs, as well as meeting client specific requirements.
- Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies, procedures and standards
Requirements:
- Experience in a field service role, preferably with utilities experience
- Knowledge of wastewater systems and network management
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
