As a skilled LabVIEW Software Developer, you will be part of a dynamic project development team, contributing to the design, development, testing, and debugging of LabVIEW software for Raman Spectroscopy products.

This role involves working on new and existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and product security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, test, and debug LabVIEW software for Raman Spectroscopy products
  2. Contribute to new product development and improvement projects
  3. Follow Agile software development processes using Jira
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and troubleshoot integration issues
  5. Ensure code maintainability through comprehensive documentation and unit testing
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement activities, internal user groups, and ongoing learning and development
  7. Ensure software meets regulatory and product security requirements

Requirements:

  1. Certified LabVIEW Architect, Developer or similar experience required
  2. Typically 4+ years experience as a LabVIEW software developer.
  3. Experience of object-oriented LabVIEW programming and knowledge/experience of some or all of the following would be beneficial:
  4. Databases (e.g. SQLite)
  5. Source code control (Git, Git-Flow)

This is an 18-month temporary contract.
