Job Title: Beauty Salon Receptionist

Company Overview: We are a nationally awarded beauty salon and laser clinic located in the Heart of England region. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services through social media and marketing.

Job Description: As a Beauty Salon Receptionist, you will be responsible for preparing the salon before opening, taking bookings, providing consultations, promoting the company, and performing general administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing the salon for clients by disinfecting equipment and furniture, refilling stock and towels, and ensuring the salon is presented in a clean and respectable manner.
  • Taking bookings in the salon or over the phone and inputting them into our bespoke database.
  • Providing clients with a consultation form, assisting with completion, and ensuring it is correctly filled out for legal reasons.
  • Helping to promote the company through social media and our app.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, printing, and sorting post.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and qualifications.
