Senior Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at RBU Sales UK Ltd t/a iRecruit UK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing contracts within the Social Housing and Retro-fit housing sectors across the South of England.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a commercial management role, preferably within the construction or housing sectors. You will have a strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes, as well as excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the commercial aspects of multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with project teams to optimise financial performance and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Leading negotiations and maintaining relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and reports, providing insights to senior management.
- Identifying risks and developing strategies for mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all projects.
