Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the estates team, including supervision where appropriate
  2. Sign off all estate workstreams, ensuring quality control measures
  3. Assist with management of remedial works
  4. Capital works management, including organizing quotations for board approval
  5. Provide works cover/support across the services when required

Requirements:

  1. Experience in CAFM management of FM Services
  2. Confident leader with proven experience in line management
  3. Experience in financial planning and budget management for significant costings
  4. Ability to prioritize complex and often conflicting estates demands
  5. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)

In return, we offer an annual salary of GBP40,000 per annum. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Cardiff.
