Job Title: Work Management Analysis Lead

Chemonics UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Work Management Analysis Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Practice, you will be responsible for providing senior-level technical oversight, expertise, and leadership to build and deliver a MEL programme portfolio as well as MEL advisory support to our portfolio of implementation contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the MEL Practice team to ensure the delivery of high-quality MEL projects and programmes.
  • Develop and implement effective MEL strategies and approaches to meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the MEL Practice team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the MEL portfolio.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of MEL training and capacity-building initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Represent Chemonics UK at technical conferences and events to promote our MEL expertise and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as MEL, evaluation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in MEL, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality MEL projects and programmes.
  • Proven technical expertise in MEL, with a strong understanding of MEL methodologies and approaches.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
