Salary: £475-550 per week (negotiable based on experience).

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our faculty in the upcoming academic year. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a productive learning environment.
2. Supporting students' learning in a Primary School setting, using strategies to drive your own initiative.
3. Participating in training and guidance from the Senior Leadership Team to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
4. Working collaboratively with teachers to achieve educational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 1 year experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary School setting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
4. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
