About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our Volkswagen store in Aylesbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating good customer outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products, ensuring adherence to FCA rules and guidelines.
  • Provide guidance and advice to Sales Executives on the sales process, balancing customer outcomes with sales performance.
  • Assist in closing vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
  • Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Upskill the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.

Requirements

  • Previous franchise experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience in a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and maintain a professional approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance with regulations.
  • Excellent customer management skills and a team player attitude.
