BBQ Enthusiast

We are seeking a BBQ Enthusiast to join our passionate team at Hickory's Smokehouse.

As a BBQ Enthusiast, you will be working as part of our brigade to support our chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

You will have the opportunity to work in one of our bespoke built kitchens and use the best smokers from the USA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about BBQ and hospitality.

You will be responsible for supporting our chefs in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, including preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a passion for BBQ, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
