We are seeking a skilled Senior Chef Associate to join our team at Wilson Vale, a leading contract caterer.

We operate in office restaurants, independent schools, and conference venues, delivering high-end culinary experiences throughout.
This role offers 40 hours of work per week on a rota basis, providing an excellent balance between work and personal life.
About the RoleWe are looking for a positive, honest, and reliable individual to lead our kitchen team. As a Senior Chef Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Daily kitchen operations and preparation of diverse dishes;
- Leading a brigade of talented chefs with strong management skills;
- Training and developing your team supportively and professionally;
- Maintaining consistent food standards aligning with Wilson Vale's brand values;
- Creating fresh, seasonal, and innovative cuisine from around the world;
- Interacting and engaging with customers while serving food.
