About the Role
We are looking for a Social Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Suffolk, working closely with individuals with learning disabilities to promote social inclusion and community participation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing community engagement initiatives
- Building relationships with community members and organizations
- Supporting individuals in accessing new opportunities and experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance individual and team performance
